Plant onions leeks garlic and peas

Buy seed potatoes before nurseries run out and store until last frost...place in egg cartons to 'chit' Then plant with eyes up then when first few leaves appear mound soil up over leaves keep doing that until mound is about half a metre high .

Quick Cork plant keeper no glue

Poke holes for pipe cleaner arms , tuft of crazy hair , and golf tees legs with small star screwdriver .

Corks for plant labels

Neighbour who works in a winery dropped a a bag of discarded corks I'll giveaway some on Thursday see this idea
